We received a request from a certain major chemical factory in the Hokuriku region, stating, "We would like to recover sludge from a solution mixed with hydrochloric acid." Although the concentration of hydrochloric acid was low, it was difficult to use materials such as SUS, which are commonly used for recovery floats, so we proposed and adopted a custom-made resin recovery float. The strength was enhanced by extensively using PVC bending welding, and bolts were also made thicker and made of resin.
